Dummy test

Still don't know how to work out this video uploading problem. No one has offered any help, and my assumption without research is that my video was perhaps just too large a file for the website to handle.

I have, however, done a test on my dummyhead. It's basically a skeleton construction at this point. I have yet to stuff the head to stop resonances, and I haven't yet added any EQ to it to cancel out the tubular sound of the ear canals. I think I  might be headed for a real big problem with localization of sounds coming from the front region of the head.

In any case, you can just check out this for yourself. You likely won't be impressed, but hopefully it'll make a good A/B when I finally get the whole thing finalized and working properly.

...

Well damn.
Now I just realized that the only way to upload audio is by uploading video.

Argggg.

I guess I've got some investigating to do.

Testing....

I'm at the studio. Who knows if I'll actually get anything done here or not, but I thought it was worth noting that I actually come here.
Seriously though, I'm looking for pink noise files so i can test the ear canals on the dummy.

Just keeping you updated...

Drilling the ears

i made this a week ago, but just put it up. Thanks to ProTools for the vertical stretch effect that you're about to see before you. I couldn't figure out how to do that stupid default function.

Enjoy.
(and if anyone knows how to more effectively manipulate video in ProTools, please, don't hesitate to share in the comment section).

...

Maybe you noticed that there is no video here.
That's because I just tried to upload a video for about 24 hours and it didn't work.

So, not only do I need assistance in the area of ProTools, but now also in the area of uploading videos to blogs.
